NOCOS pricing is flat per unit: Smart at ¥0/month, Standard at ¥1,000/unit (excl. tax), and Premium at ¥2,000/unit (excl. tax). For 10 units at ¥150,000 rent, the Standard plan can reduce annual fees by ¥780,000 compared with a 5% PM fee.

Why this price

We chose not to chase numbers, and to keep raising the bar on service quality. Because we want to dedicate our limited human capital only to property owners who genuinely value what NOCOS is.

    Rent is remitted directly from the guarantor company to the owner’s account, so we carry no intermediate collection or distribution work. The associated operational cost disappears entirely.

    Contracts, repair history, quotes, inspection reports, and unit photos all live in the cloud. The time once spent on paper, stamps, and postal mail has been replaced by software — raising the number of units each manager can handle and lowering fixed costs.
